6. Payments

7. Intellectual Property
Client Ownership. Upon receipt of full payment, the client shall own the final project deliverables specifically developed under the agreed scope, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
JointViews Ownership. JointViews retains ownership of:
- Internal development methodologies
- Frameworks
- Libraries
- Templates
- Proprietary tools
- Reusable source code
- Pre-existing intellectual property
- Know-how and development processes
JointViews may reuse general programming techniques and non-confidential knowledge acquired during the project.
8. Third-Party Software
Projects may include third-party software, plugins, APIs, SDKs, frameworks, hosting platforms, or cloud services. Such components remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. JointViews is not responsible for changes, discontinuation, pricing revisions, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it solely for fulfilling the project. Confidential information includes business strategies, source code, credentials, technical documentation, pricing information, and proprietary business data. This obligation survives termination of the business relationship.
10. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are based on:
- Timely communication
- Prompt approvals

JointViews is not responsible for delays resulting from:
- Client-requested changes
- Delayed approvals
- Third-party dependencies
- Force majeure events
11. Revisions and Change Requests
Projects include revisions as specified in the proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be treated as Change Requests and quoted separately. Additional development work may affect project timelines and pricing.
